An additional enhancement programme for Hospitality & Catering students is available

£30 per student

This was a new addition to our 2010 New York Seminar programme and is aimed at NVQ and ANVQ students studying Hospitality and Catering.

Included in your package:

• 3 hour Seminar concentrating on the themes of:
  1) Hotel Management and Customer Service
  2) Feeding the City: New York’s Restaurant Scene.
• The Seminar will be lead by hospitality and catering professionals from the New York Hotel and Restaurant industry
• Q & A session
• Amongst those who have expressed interest in taking part at the seminar are; Tom Travers, University Lecturer in Hospitality and NY Hotelier; Bryna Scoccimarro, International Sales Manager of the Hard Rock Café, Harvey Davidson, Former Sales Manager of Alicart Restaurants, Andreas Sappok, Vice President, Circle Line and World Yacht; Fred Dixon, Vice President, NYC and Co.
• Backstage Tour of a top New York Hotel
• Visit to the Food Court at Grand Central Station
