5 day tour

Day One: London to Oxford via Salisbury

Arriving in London the morning, you will be met by your UK Connection Representative and Executive Coach and transferred directly to Salisbury.
En-route visit to Stonehenge famous prehistoric monument from the Neolithic age. On to Salisbury and Magna Carta the finest medieval cathedral in Britain. The spire of Salisbury Cathedral is the tallest in England. In the Chapter House, you will see the Magna Carta, the famous agreement made between King John and his barons at Runnymede in 1215.
Travel to Oxford late afternoon. Dinner and overnight in the Oxford area.

Day Two: Oxford to Bath via Longleat

Guided walking tour of the city. For over 900 years Oxford has been a home to royalty and scholars.
Enjoy a gentle walking tour with your guide through narrow alleys and ancient squares where time stands still and visit a typical Oxford college – Christ Church.
Rest of the day to Longleat House, Safari and Adventure Park. Longleat House is widely regarded as one of the best examples of high Elizabethan architecture in Britain and one of the most beautiful stately homes open to the public. Enjoy incredibly close encounters with some of the world's most amazing animals in the Longleat drive through Safari Park.
Dinner and overnight in or near Bath.

Day Three: Bath and Cheddar to London

Morning in the city of Bath. Visit the Roman Baths and spend some time shopping.
Afternoon visit to the caves and the magnificent Cheddar Gorge.
Leave this afternoon for the drive east to London.
Dinner and overnight in London.

Day Four: London

A full day Guided Sightseeing Tour by coach. Your tour will take you past many of London's most famous monuments - the Houses of Parliament with Big Ben, Downing Street, Trafalgar Square with the statue of Lord Nelson, Pall Mall and much more. Extended stops are made at: the magnificent gothic Westminster Abbey which has been the venue for every coronation since 1066; Buckingham Palace and Changing of the Guard (not available every day) to witness the Queen's Foot Guard in their red tunics and bearskins marching to the accompaniment of a military band; you will enjoy a walk around bustling Covent Garden the former fruit market now a piazza lined with shops, street entertainers; on to the City of London to learn about the Great Fire of 1666 the Bank of England and the Mansion House, home of the Lord Mayor; on to Sir Christopher Wren's masterpiece, St Paul's Cathedral.
If time permits, visit Oxford Street for some last minute shopping.
Tonight you have seats for a top West End show such as The Lion King, Oliver, or Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream coat.
Dinner and overnight in London.

Day Five: London & Airport

Last minute shopping and a final "Flight" (ride) on the London Eye. Return coach transfer to your London Airport for your return flight home.
