French Protesting

We are monitoring the situation closely around the disruption that is currently happening in France. The majority of coach tours using a standard itinerary can be completed without the need to refuel in transit. We will inform parties if we receive any specific information that may affect travel and we will work in partnership with group Party Leaders to make alternative travel arrangements wherever possible.

Our aim is to ensure the continued operation of our tours. If you are concerned about your tour please do not hesitate to contact us on 0870 240 6828 and we would always ask that parents please contact their child’s school or college for further information regarding a particular trip.

Volcanic Ash Update

We are monitoring the disruption the Volcanic Ash is causing on flights and airports very closely and we will inform parties as soon as we have specific information regarding their tour. To keep as up to date as possible please visit the NATS website: www.nats.co.uk

Groups due to travel from the UK

If your departure airport is closed due to Volcanic Ash disruption we will work in partnership with group Party Leaders to make arrangements wherever possible to get groups to their destination at the earliest opportunity. Our response will be very much tailored to each specific set of circumstances. We would always ask that parents please contact their child's school or college for further information regarding a particular trip.

Groups Overseas

If any of our groups are affected by the ash cloud during their tour, our experienced team will be in close contact with Party Leaders at all times to ensure groups are safe, comfortable and well looked after in resort and to bring our groups home safely and at the earliest possible opportunity.

British Airways Threatened Industrial Action.

We are monitoring the situation very closely and will inform parties as soon as we receive specific information regarding their flights. Where flights are affected we will work in partnership with group Party Leaders to make arrangements wherever possible to get groups to their destination at the earliest opportunity.

Our experience during the previous BA Industrial action was that a significant proportion of flights operated as scheduled. BA also offered alternative flights for some of our groups. In other cases groups were offered alternative transport arrangements. Possible alternative travel arrangements will be subject to availability at the time of cancellation of the flight. Our aim is to ensure the continued operation of the tour wherever possible.
